Dr Lin graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2006, and completed his specialist training in Orthopaedic Surgery in 2016. During his specialist training, he was awarded the best registrar award in 2014. In 2017, Dr Lin was awarded the ASEAN Orthopaedic Association Junior Travelling Fellowship and was the Singapore representative After obtaining the SingHealth Health Manpower Development Plan Training Fellowship in 2018, Dr Lin completed a year-long Fellowship in Sports Medicine at the prestigious Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto, Canada, where he worked with many renowned Orthopaedic Surgeons. During his Fellowship year, he also served as the Fellow physician for the NBA G-League team, Raptors 905.Ð'dUpon his return to Singapore, Dr Lin continued to pursue his interest in Sports and quality care for athletes. He was appointed the Chief of Sports Services in SKH in 2019 and further refined the sports surgery and medicine services there. Dr Lin has been the appointed Chief Team Physician for Singapore Slingers, a member of the ASEAN Basketball League, since the 2019-2020 season till now.
