Dr K A Abraham is an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon with over 45 years of experience in the field of Otorhinolaryngology. He graduated from the University of Singapore in 1969 where he obtained his MBBS degree. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh (1973).
His clinic is conveniently located at Paragon Medical Centre Level 11 Unit 10 – Abraham’s Ear, Nose & Throat. He is deeply committed to making high quality but affordable ENT service more accessible for both local and international patients. He specializes in conservative treatments, as well as surgical care, depending on the unique needs of each patient. It was established in 1984 at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre with the goal to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for all ear, nose and throat conditions for both children and adults. He has treated thousands of patients through both surgical and non-surgical means. Whenever possible, Dr Abraham performs surgical procedures using minimally invasive techniques that require significantly smaller incisions that minimize bleeding, scarring and recovery time.
He is currently also Senior Visiting Consultant of Ear, Nose & Throat in Jurong Medical Centre and previously Head of ENT Department in Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Deputy Head of ENT Department in Singapore General Hospital and was also previously a Visiting Consultant in National University of Singapore. Currently a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Singapore Medical Council.
