Complimentary Parking (worth $3) With Any Clinic

Terms and conditions:
- Valid till 31 Dec 2026.
- Exclusive to Paragon Club members only.
- Receive a $3.00 complimentary parking coupon when you visit any clinic.
- Redemption is available on the same day of the visit, at Level 1 Concierge only. Limited to the first 50 visitors per day.
- Complimentary parking is valued at $3.00. Any additional charges will be borne by the visitor.
- Redemption is valid from Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm and Saturday, 8am to 2pm (exclude Sunday and Public Holiday).
- For all redemptions, visitors are required to present proof of visit (appointment card, medical receipts, and credit / debit card charge slip or email / SMS appointment confirmation) and Paragon Club membership.
- Valid for one redemption per member per day on a first-come first-serve, while stocks last basis.
- All complimentary parking coupons must be utilised on actual day of issuance and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, damaged, defaced, stolen, expired and/or void coupon will not be replaced.
- For installment transactions, only one redemption is allowed for the total transacted amount.
Please take note of the following steps when using the complimentary parking coupon prior to exiting parking:
- Remove your cash card from IU before approaching the exit gantry. The full amount will be deducted if the cash card is not removed.
- Insert the parking coupon into the redemption slot of the exit terminal.
- Insert your cash card into the vehicle’s IU for deduction of the balance amount.
- Please ensure sufficient funds in the cash card before exiting; otherwise, the complimentary parking coupon will be void.
- Only 1 complimentary parking coupon may be used per exit.
- Paragon Club members must deactivate IU from their member app at least 15 minutes before exiting the carpark.
- Remove your cash card and scan the complimentary parking coupon at gantry upon exit. For any excess charges after deduction of complimentary parking, please reinsert your cash card for payment.
- Paragon Club points and complimentary parking coupons cannot be used at the same time.
